TERRIBLE! They discriminate against dogs, so unprofessional. They knew exactly what breed of dog I had. Before. I even came in. My appointment was two weeks in advance. I even came in a week ahead to submit paperwork and let them know that he would probably need to people due to him moving a lot, and when I finally come for the appointment, I’m turned away because they refused to do a chow mix, but they already KNEW he was a chow!
