Staff have always been friendly and the store always clean. Prices are fair and they usually have what I need in stock.
Love coming in and love the staff except for that employee Christina, lady is absolutely disgusting, Down right rude and nasty to everyone! I’d love to come in and shop but not with that lady working there. The rest of staff is great, Helpful and very nice all but her!

DO NOT BUY FISH HERE. Ibought 2 neon tetras here and within a week my entire fishtank was dead. A fish ive had for 10 years died because of something that spread from your tanks to mine. I should have gone with an actual aquarium supply store. Your money back guarantee on the dead tetra is nothing compared to the loss of my 10 year old fish.
Everyone is always friendly. Everything I go in for is always readily available. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and doesn't make you feel rushed. They also assist in carry out when needed. Love this place. Keep being the team that you are. You are awesome. The staff and their willing to help and answer questions is what keeps people returning. As many years as I've been going to pet supplies Plus in Mount Morris I have never had a bad experience.
