My dog went in ornery with a bad tooth and everyone attended to her very well! She had ro have dental surgery to remove the tooth and a teeth cleaning. Everyone was so nice and did everything for her best interest! Thank you for all you did for Luna!!

I switched to Mayfair from a vet I went to for 30 years, so to say I was nervous is an understatement. But I'm so glad we switched! Mayfair is amazing. Beautiful, clean facility with knowledgeable, compassionate vets. All the staff I have met are caring and loving and my dog is happy when we go.

Very clean establishment, very caring staff, Dr.Hall is great… this is my first vet visit, and first pet(Frank-French Bulldog)… had no issues whatsoever with anything from me pulling the door open, to us leaving. You want people that give a rip about your pet/family…stop in!

I thought it was a clean place that didn’t smell like animals. The staff always seemed polite. The prices are high and I don’t know how some afford. My dog suffered with a cough for many weeks with no diagnosis, just many expensive different meds prescribed and many expensive X-rays and tests. Finally waited months to get into a specialist after spent hundreds here. I never really found out what was wrong with her. She never healed 100%. An X-ray they did for several hundred to tell me she had hip dysplasia only to get to another place and find out it was torn ACL. Cough came back after surgery, after Mayfair charged for another X-ray and meds, she worsened that day. I finally took her to MSU hospital but it was already too late. Hello, I would like to apologize for my behavior to the two young ladies at the front desk and the gentleman waiting in the lobby last Wednesday morning. Understand my little buddy Harley fell ill early that morning having convulsions and seizures, he was beyond extreme pain howling for several hours. Since we live way out in the country there was no place we could take him to find him peace. We gave him what little comfort we could and waited, having treating many of my other cats and opening an hour before any other place I elected to take Harley to you. When I walked in and asked the ladies at the front desk if you could please put Harley out of his misery they asked "Do you have an appointment?" I admit I was a little bit confused and confounded, Thinking that maybe I didn't explain my
