Very good store. The staff are very polite and helped me pick out everything for my puppy. Special thanks to the woman who gave recommendations about the bed — my puppy loves it and doesn’t even want to get off it. The staff are very kind, honest and attentive🤎🌷

I had such a great experience getting my dog groomed. My dog is pretty timid, so I always worry about how they’ll handle grooming, but Natalie was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding. She made the whole process stress-free, and you could tell she truly cared about my dog’s comfort. When I picked them up, they looked amazing — clean, well-groomed, and actually relaxed. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We have been seeing Sarah in grooming this was her 3rd time cutting our babies hair and she has just been amazing 👏 🤩 our dog usually cries and tries to run when it comes to grooming but he hasn't done that with Sarah. I always recommend her to my puppy/dog friends 🧡 if u haven't been to pet supplies plus grooming yet I can assure you ur dog is in good hands with Sarah!

I took my dog there to have his nails trimmed and grinded and when I picked my dog up and took him home to the dog park his pinky toes on both feet were bleeding. I called pet supply Plus just to ask them what I could do to help my dog, and the first thing that came out of their mouth was we can't do nothing for you. Attention all Madison dog lovers. Do not let the groomer. Natalie cut on your dogs/ pets nails. The experience for me was horrible. I am now taking my dog back and forth to the vet for possible infection. Pet supply Plus in monona Sucks!!!

Love the groom me and my dog got! They listened to my concerns and worked with my shepherd and made her comfortable and took things slow. Natalie groomed her and she did a great job
