Pet Supplies Plus Midlothian

I went into the store to pick up dog food. I also had to buy the 3 Dog Bakery Woofers. They have them priced $2 more than Wegmans, but Wegmans was out. I told the lady at the register that they were priced pretty high. She got an attitude and told me corporate sets pricing. Once she rang me up she made a smart comment about my day getting better. If your prices aren’t comparable to the market, at least teach your staff to be polite to the customers. Not sure I’ll return again.

PSP is amazing, they always have great prices and coupons. Staff are so friendly and the groomers are wonderful to my dogs. The prices for grooming are great and my dogs aren’t sitting in a crate half a day like other pet chain stores. I choose PSP any day over them.

Just wanted to share that we had an excellent grooming experience with Noel ! It was our first time dropping our puppy somewhere and Noel took great care of him and did an awesome job ! Better bath & brush than the mobile company we used in the past that was twice the price. We will definitely be back !

I didn’t get her name but the blonde lady at the cash register was extremely helpful! Gingerbread had a wonderful time making friends with her. Very good shopping experience. Will be back soon! Gingerbread loves his new toys!!

PSP is super convenient vs going to alt larger stores! They most always have the items I need, the staff is pleasant and helpful, esp w/curbside pick-up assisting w/large box or tub of litter. :)
