Pet Supplies Plus Medina

Alex is always cheerful and glad to help. I needed some advice on products for my little dog and she helped me find just what I needed. She also helped load a big bag of dog food into the cart and then into my car. Also, Chris at the checkout is always kind and helpful. They, along with Tim ( I think I got his name right? Tall blonde. When he spots me in the store, he always asks if I am getting dog food, loads it into my cart and lets me know he will be on standby to get it to my car). All three are really amazing employees with an excellent understanding of customer service and making customers feel warmly welcomed and valued. I always am glad when I go to the store and they are there because I know I will be well taken care of and as eager as they are to help, it makes it so much easier

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! We love Cassie and Chris at PSP in Medina. Cassie is wonderful with my 7 month old Frenchie pup, Ludo! We were worried about trimming his nails and how he would behave, since that last time he was very anxious and vocal. This was only our second visit and Cassie was fabulous with him! She was sweet and comforting and secured Ludo. She spoke to him in a kind and loving way and provided constant praise for his good behavior. I am such a proud mama. Chris is fantastic and super kind. Every time we visit he is always approaching us to see if we need assistance, and Ludo loves his treats. Thank you to all of the team members at PSP. We are loyal shoppers!!

I have always had good experiences at this location. Recently I ordered two very large products and the team members brought them out to my car and helped me get them in my back seat/trunk. I want to give a special shout out to Chris who went above and beyond with moving a large lizard tank for me. The employees and their great customer service is what sets this pet store apart from others in the area, and is why they are my store of choice for most of my pet product needs.

I Have to give it to the staff here for going above and beyond for even the littlest of critters. I saw their Blue Death-Feigning Beetles were in a very humid habitat, and didn't look like they were doing well. I alerted the manager that I was worried about the little guys and she listened to my concerns and even got them a better habitat. I knew it wasn't the staff's fault they're a very obscure beetle and not many people known about how to take care of them. I took three of the little guys home and they're having a great time now. I was worried about brining up my concerns but the staff here have a genuine love of the animals and I was glad they understood my concern.

We take our fur baby to Pet Supplies Plus to get her nails trimmed. Their online appt scheduling is very helpful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Tina is. She is quick and efficient (she's done within 10 minutes), but even more importantly she treats our nervous pup with so much care.
