I’m really disappointed with my recent grooming experience at Pet Supplies Plus with Vanessa, i even referred her to others. I brought my puppy in about 4 weeks ago for her first real cut, and the groomer did a cute bear cut. She mentioned my puppy was “a little matted at the roots,” but said it wasn’t a big deal and would only be about a $10 charge next time. My puppy didn’t cry, and her coat was easy to manage. Once she’s washed and blow‑dried, those so‑called “matts” disappear — it’s just dry hair, not actual tangles. I went back today to the same groomer, and she repeated the same thing but then said she couldn’t do the bear cut again and would have to cut her much shorter. This Pet Supplies Plus is our go-to as it’s one of the closer locations to us. I will say that the staff is almost always friendly, and of course enthusiastic about the pets that come through the door. We first heard about them after adopting from Operation Kindness, and we’ve been consistent customers ever since! I always bring the pups on their birthday, it’s become our little tradition. The gourmet dog treats are ALWAYS a huge hit- and we’ve even purchased them for friends and family on request. We love Pet Supplies Plus!

So disappointed in my last visit which really stinks because this place does my dogs nails the absolute best NORMALLY. However this time, I came in, was told everyone needed to leave to get their children so I needed to call to schedule an appointment. I did. Nobody told me who did my pets nails in the past or that I needed to request that. I scheduled. I showed up. Both groomers looked very stressed out. Nobody greeted me. They just kept doing stuff and looked like prepping for the nail trim appointment by moving a large dog to the back. Several times they told me to leave the area because someone else needed to come in. Even though I was there at my appointment time I was being treated like I was in the way. Love this PSP! The staff is so helpful and friendly. The have the knowledge to help with all my pet needs. Their self service wash service is a great value and the Groomers that they have on staff are phenomenal! 👍👍

Excellent customer service. Brought my baby sister here to get some fish, only for them to get sick and die in a week. The store fully refunded the cost even without us bringing the fish back. They are very knowledgeable about the fish as well.
