We had a great experience with our foster dog shopping for new toys for her. They have a large selection of toys and we found everything we were looking for. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop here again.

Terrible experience twice. Today called for pick up and waited 20mins and had to call back to ask if someone was bring out my order. A month ago I ordered online and went to pick up and item was canceled for no reason and the manager or says she was couldn't explain why and wanted to argue with me about it. Probably need to hire more experienced or mature individuals to run a store or these are the problems that will arise and lose valuable customers.

I've just got charged on my credit card for something that I've never bought. I've spoke to someone of the costumer service, they gave me another number. I'm calling but they don't answer. I'm reporting everything to the police. This is just unbelievable. Be careful

Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Been coming up here for grooming for my dog and never had a problem. They always do a good job. And the self wash station is an awesome idea.

We have been shopping this location for years. Always friendly, caring, and knowledgeable service. Always have what I want in stock, and usually find something I wasn't necessarily looking for also!
