Cody was Wonderful ! He helped me find & even loaded my vehicle with Everything I needed to adopt my surprisingly available forever furbaby. Being from out of town, Cody took his time to take me to, not just point in the vague area of, all items necessary to provide a safe, comfortable 6+ hour trip home. Cody took me to the smallest dog harness vs just a collar around her little neck ensuring her safe restraint to what I call, her travel nest. So soft & kushy, cozy & safe console cat bed. I highly encourage the franchise owner of this location to consider price matching from retailers such as Target, etc. I was turned away by the cashier stating price match was only done for Chewy, Petco, Petsmart. The cat food sells for $9.39 at Target when Pet Supplies Plus charge $12.48. Why wouldn't I want to save $3.09 per bag when I purchase 3 bags at a time. If you're truly in the business to make money, you'd be more flexible. Money is money. I drove to Berwyn and they happily did my price match with no problem. Berwyn delivers great service and truly appreciates their customers. LaGrange should learn valuable tips from Berwyn.
