Green Paws Veterinary Care

Dr. Tina and her entire staff are wonderful. She took great care of our German Shepherd dog from the time she was a few years old, until she was 14. When we made the heartbreaking decision it was time to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge, Dr. Tina explained the entire process, let us say our good-byes, and stayed with us until the end.

We took our cat to this office, they were really wonderful, the vet was great. We had to make a difficult decision with our cat. They were supportive and really kind.

We recently came back here after a few years away and we are so glad we did!!!! They are always SO friendly, very responsive and was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment. They kept on time, the doc called us to discuss our pups plan of care, answered all of our questions (which were a lot since our dogs are like our children!) and we never felt rushed. We were presented with different options and scenarios which helped us to make decisions on his care and the best game plan moving forward. I felt that all the care was in the best interest of our pup. We will definitely be bringing our other little guy here when he’s due for follow up as well!

Be forewarned that it is the policy of this establishment that you cannot be present while the doctor examines your pet. I did not stay for my appointment, after discovering this. I wholeheartedly disagree with this policy. I asked outright to be allowed to remain during the examination and was told several times "that is just our policy" with no further explanation as to why, even when I asked why several times. In my experience, pets are calmer when their owners are with them. Just as importantly, I am paying a professional to examine my beloved pet. To be told that I cannot be there during the services I am paying for is simply outrageous. How do I know you are even doing the examination or giving the shots? How do I know that you are treating my pet kindly? I don't know that if I am no

Green Paws is the best vet we've ever seen and due to COVID, I've only been able to talk to them on the phone! They're so great with our cats though, they're never skittish or uncomfortable when they come home like they used to be with Banfield. The doctors are honest and compassionate and the pricing is fair. I can't recommend them enough.
