Some of the staff are very nice some extremely rude with bad attitudes They also need to pay attention to their personal hygiene I have had to back away from the counter because the smell of bad breath I am not talking garlic I am talking lack of personal hygiene And body odor Clearly someone does not shower very often or pay attention to dental care. Really disgusting

Hello again, I would like to acknowledge Nick for always helping me with my orders. He is terrific, always helpful, always friendly. Sarah, the store manager really has brought together a wonderful staff of caring pet people too. Her kindness in allowing rescue cats to be showcased in her store proves her love for all creatures, big and small.

I go here her regularly to have my dog groomed and have also used their self serve bathing station. Love Zoey the groomer!

Went to the adoption event that rescue ridge had there was wonderful good variety of pups to be homed. And the store itself , clean, shelves full assistance , very pleasant
