Pet Supplies Plus Garwood

We needed to find a place to bathe a dog who we got out of a shelter to bring it to his foster mom. It was the day after Thanksgiving and a lot of places were closed. They were open . It was a great place to do this. It's a very large store with so many choices for pet food, supplies and treats. We will definitely be back.

The owner and staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The store is consistently clean and neat with a wide variety of fairly priced items. The bathing stations are a huge bonus. The pet photo events they host are managed and run so efficiently and professionally. Nothing but positive experiences here!

I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Garwood, and I want to give a special shout-out to Ray, who went above and beyond to help me when I came in worried about my Frenchie’s ongoing gastrointestinal issues. Ray spent over 10 minutes talking with me, not just tossing out generic suggestions, but really asking thoughtful questions about my dog’s symptoms and history. He genuinely listened, clearly cared, and offered such well-informed advice that I felt completely confident in the product he recommended. You can tell he has a real wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to pet health, and I’m so grateful for his help. It’s rare to find customer service like this anywhere these days, let alone from someone who’s not just helpful but truly passionate about animal

Friendly helpful staff. Self wash dog is great and come with towels, dog wash and blow dryer. All for a very reasonable price.. Yes, I could see going back

I used their pet washing station. Which turned out to be alot more convenient for me than washing my little paw friend at home. No hair to clean up in the bathroom and no having to clean the tub out. Plus they give a little treat for your pet. My dog wasn't interested in the treat but it was nice anyway. There are grooming tools available as well. I enjoyed the experience. I would go back again.
