Terrific place to give your dog a bath! Mike and Trent and crew are welcoming and friendly and happy to help you through the process. Separated bath stalls are roomy with all the equpiment you need to restrain your pet comfortably, give them a bath (shampoo is there if desired!), rinse, wipe down, blow dry...and then the staff will do nails and ear cleaning IF you like. Our dogs were very nervous coming in, and smiling and clean with lovely new bandanas on the way out. And it was fun!

So glad we found this place. It’s close to home and the service is great and our pup always looks so well groomed, especially want to thank staff for the care that they take of our dog when he’s there and the countless hours they spend the de-shedding him as he’s a golden retriever German Shepherd mix, also known as our Furnado thank you guys so much!

Such an amazing experience. I had a wonderful time along with my pup. Between the staff being so helpful, informative, and kind I will definitely be back. My pup had a hard time at a few drop off spots that I won’t mention. So being there with him deff put him at ease. They even had an assortment of treats to buy after the self wash which was also an added benefit. The wash included a tub, perfect temperature water, diluted soap, blow dryer(adjustable settings), and even a towel. They also mentioned the price included an ear cleaning by the staff and a nail trim. Overall experience was 10/10 Customer service 10/10

I have been taking my dog to In-N-Out for about three months now and every time my dog and I leave very happy. Not only is the grooming so detailed and amazing but the staff is wonderful! Made me feel so relaxed to leave him. The second time I took him he had so many knots that they had to trim his hair a lot but I appreciated that they checked in with me and made sure that they did everything on their end first before having to do a pretty significant cut. His hair grew out better and he still looked adorable. For reference my dog is an almost two year old Shih Tzu. Would definitely recommend this place.

Was able to book at my own convenience and grooming may take 2.5 hours, which feels standard. I always have a good experience with front desk staff (Michelle) and (Anna) the groomer always takes great care of my boy Alvin. I don’t live close to this place but I’ll take the drive every time because i know the staff will treat my dog like their own.
