Richey and his team have gone the extra mile every time I set foot in the store. Including walking out to my vehicle with my newly washed dog in the rain.... with an umbrella! I mean, who does that? This Pet Supplies Plus is Customer Service PLUS. Love them all.

We've been bringing our corgi here for grooming for over a year. Their self-serve pet washing stations are great if you want that option. Kellie in the salon is superb, always does a great job, and knows our pup on sight. Their grooming packages are reasonably priced and worth the cost.

This is by far the best place to get information, supplies or grooming for your pet in the area. The staff here know what they're talking about and are caring all while being good listeners, they helped me with a very young kitten. The grooming always pretty full so it's good to make a reservation in advance. But they do a great job!

I used the dog wash and paid for 2 thinking I would get something like a punch ticket for the second time and the cashier was going to refund me and it never went through and my mistake was not getting a refund receipt and they didn't have fresh towels so I had to wait on those then asked about them not sure why towels weren't ready they didn't seem busy for not having any

Absolutely love Maddix, can't say enough! Attention to details, perfect, kindness to the pets, perfect, takes the time to explain all the issues, brings attention to any problems, takes great care to not stress our pets. I have 2 standard poodles, they come out looking like show dogs!!!!
