Pet Supplies Plus Friendswood

Love this place and so do all my girls. All the people are great and the hair stylist for my girls are awesome! KK absolutely goes above and beyond for all my girls, every single time! They trust her completely, and so do I! You should definitely take your fur babies to the Friendswood location! They always take care of you and your babies!

I wish I could give more stars! I am STILL smiling thinking about how kind, outgoing, and fun the two staff members were at the Friendswood Dog Days of Summer event at the pool. They even made my dog an "Honorary Employee" since he was choosing to hang out with them instead of enjoying the pool like my other dog haha! They gave us the cutest paw print keep sakes, a cute bandana and a free wash card. I had the chance to meet the owner and their love for animals shines through, and you can tell they love the community!

Absolutely sad to see this store hasn’t improved its animal care standards even after talking to staff about it. Guinea pigs need hay to be able to digest their food… all three Guinea pigs low food and no hay. Staff doesn’t ask if you need assistance either. I’d recommend a different pet store.

I have tried on multiple occasions to come into the store closest to my work and I never have any good luck with good customer service. I shop either at the league city or the clear lake store the most because they have better customer service. The owner of this store must not care how their employees treat you. Once I ordered curbside, and after I did what I was supposed to do to let them know I was there. It took over 20 minutes before I finally went inside and got it myself, and I am handicapped. Today was the final straw, and I will never come back to your store. Your power was out and you kept your store open. And said, cash only on the door, however, you won't accept coupons.
