I was able to make a same day appointment for my new boy, Bowie. Everyone was so helpful and nice and complimentary of my boy. He was in and out within an hour, I barely even had time to get a snack. He came back to me smelling wonderful like cinnamon and looking so handsome. He will be back for his next grooming appointment as their staff was great and efficient. The stuff they sell looks to be high quality and I will be back to get him some treats and food. This place is really nice.

UPDATE: The second time I have taken her to get groomed and they knew her name and exactly who she was as well as the cut I was after without me having to say a word. London is amazing, so kind and helpful! Amazing!!! My little yorkie went in to be groomed by Liz(I'm sorry if that's wrong) and came out looking better than ever! I showed her a photo and she nailed it. Everyone that works there knew what they were talking about. I was looking at the dog food and someone came up and helped me. He explained all of the brands they have and not only what was good for your dog but also why. Everyone that was there was just amazing. THANK YOU!!!!! I will be bringing her back every time :)

I’m sorry to say after 2 years grooming my Standard Poodle and doing a great job they just can’t get him in!!! For an additional 2month!! It’s unfortunate that they can’t keep up with their clients. Sorry everyone 😞

We always love bringing our 2 long haired miniature dachshunds Ella Rose and Teddy Bexar. They get excited when they see us pulling up. We have found many great products and some great services. Ella loves her spa days. Teddy just loves the attention he gets

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience. We brought our dog in for grooming with very clear and specific instructions: do not touch her legs or skirt, and to give her a traditional Schnauzer cut and round snout. Not only were those instructions completely disregarded, but the result was deeply upsetting. Her fluffy, curly legs and skirt—which took significant time, effort, and care to grow out—were completely shaved off. It’s not only a drastic and unnecessary change to her appearance, but it also compromised her coat entirely. The look she left with is the opposite of what was requested and expected. What added to the disappointment is that payment was taken before we even saw her, and although the groomer was clearly aware of the mistake, no notice was
