Pet Supplies Plus Florissant

Been going here for years and it's a pretty good store. Solid selection of products. Chief issue with the groomer/salon... I booked an appt to have my dogs nailed trimmed. Then I get to the register and get to use my 5 dollar coupon for a nail trim and they say it doesn't work because they did a "paw package"- a $20 service on my dog.... which is total BULL because I have text and email confirmations from PSP saying that it was a nail trim. So the groomer was sketchy and upcharged me and I couldn't use the coupon they sent in the mail. Total scam. Guess I have to find somewhere else to take my dog for nails. Fraudulent behavior.

Indigo is a wonderful groomer. She treats my dogs as if they were hers. She does a marvelous job, especially on my show dog.

I have visited other pet supplies plus locations throughout St. Louis County but this was the first time I visited my own neighborhood location in Florissant. Let me first say I never knew that these wonderful pet stores have self dog washing stations. And for $15 they give you the whole set up and shampoo’s where you could wash your own dog in a raised style bathtub. The blow dryer, which is conveniently attached right there where you’re washing your dog blows, cool air so your dog doesn’t get overheated like mine does. I will be coming back to this pet store more often for sure.

I absolutely love this store, I come here all the time for my Dogs food and the pet wash. I recommend coming here if you got an Pet!

The one star is for offering the self serve dog wash. However what's the point of having one if the employees aren't going to enforce the rules? I go in at 7:15pm & there's only 2 dogs ahead of me and one is already being washed. The guy ahead of me literally walked in one minute before me. After 20 minutes (which is the alloted time for each pet wash per their rules & signage) I start asking for updates and all the employees say is that they should be finishing up. Here comes 8pm and I'm upset and I have to go back and tell the two inconsiderate people that they're over their time because none of the 3 employees working would. Which I partly understand since they probably don't get paid much to deal with the drama and two of them looked like teenagers, but they should always have a manage
