Mike was incredibly patient and compassionate during one of the hardest moments I’ve experienced. My fur baby, Freddie, passed away on January 28, 2026, and the next morning I called Friends of Imperial Crown Pets at 6:57 a.m., feeling frantic and overwhelmed, unsure of what to do. I fully expected to leave a message since it was so early, but to my surprise, Mike called me back in less than 20 minutes. From the moment we spoke, he was kind, calming, and informative. He reassured me that everything would be okay and gently walked me through the entire process. He even scheduled a same-day appointment so I could bring Freddie in. When we met, Mike never rushed me. He took the time to listen to my stories, looked at photos of Freddie, and treated both of us with so much respect and care. H

First I would like to say thank you. I am a breeder and we believe in if one of our dogs (family member) pass away we cremate them. This is the best cremation service we have ever had. They took the time to listen and took care of our needs. So once again thank you for taking care of King for us.

Such care and dedication to me and my Scrappy🐶. Everything was beautiful and how he was presented back to me with the keepsakes for my memories of my beloved family member because Scrappy was more than a pet.

Matte just celebrated her 15th birthday! But difficult decisions still lie ahead for us. One of those we have already taken care of...a place for Matte when that day arrives. A warm note of thanks to Michael, who most lovingly described what Imperial Crown Pet Cemetery has to offer. It's a serene place in the middle of life, a most beautiful place for all beloved pets.
