Pet Supplies Plus Fishkill

I’ve been shopping here for years and the kids that work there are wonderful and caring and helpful. It has been a convenient place to shop for my pet’s needs without having to go to Poughkeepsie. However the manager that I encountered in my opinion was very rude and I will probably not return there anymore and we’ll have to order online or go elsewhere.

Michele and her team were wonderful! Brought our puppy for his first haircut. So patient and loving to him. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

First time taking my pup here for grooming service and my pup got nicked. I didn’t even realize until we got back home. I believe the groomers name was Melissa Way. I paid for the full service grooming and even tipped extra. I regret doing that. I noticed she barely cut anything off and his nails were barely cut, I realized once I got home that some hadn’t even been cut at all. One of his nails is now digging into his skin. I trusted that these professional groomers would know what to do and how to handle young pups. My pup is 6 months old and this was his third haircut. When the groomer called to let me know he was ready to be picked up she tried to explain that because he was still so young he wasn’t used to all the noise and that as he becomes older and gets more exposure it’ll get bet

Ayana was wonderful with my dog during his nail trim. He can be a little nervous, but she took her time and handled him with so much patience. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. Thank you, Ayana!

I have been taking my dog to the Pet Supplies Plus Groomer for years...Melissa is the best! She's knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely kind to my aging dog. Highly recommend!
