Pet Supplies Plus Ephrata

Went to get dog food cause we signed up for the rewards program and had a 5 dollar off coupon and save 40 percent coupon. The lady at register couldn’t find my wife’s account and then called over Jordan who took us at her register she put in the phone number and email and couldn’t find it and was told there is nothing she can do for us and my wife showed her the coupon in the email and her account in the rewards program. She told us to sign up again, yea not doing that. This is not how you treat customers, telling them you can’t do anything. I’m a store manager and you do whatever it takes to make sure customers are happy. We won’t be back to this store. Only reward members most get treated better. Can’t use coupons unless you have the rewards and we did but they can’t find it. As a manage

I have been coming here for years. I understand they’re short staffed but I was treated with a lot of snippiness today. I have been patient and stopping in every few days for the last few weeks for my cat’s specific type of canned food. The spot on the shelf been empty the past 2 weeks since they have not had the time to load the shelves due to staffing. I am down to a few cans left and I went to the back right corner to see if I could see the food I needed in the pile, in hopes they could pull it out for me. I was reprimanded for being in the corner since something may “fall on me.” I am tired of it and called the Lititz store, who is gladly setting aside a case for me.

I was very sad to see how dirty the ferrets cage was this evening! It was trying to eat, but the food was so dried out. I hope management sees this and addresses this issue! I wanted to talk to them personally, but when I went to the register, no employee was around.

Always have what we need. Our place to get doggy food and some toys. Daughter also got a ferret there too. Employees always nice

You be the judge. Called and spoke with clerk over the phone about live food. Was told they were out of fruit flys. Asked about other products and was told they had spring tails in stock with a recent August shipment. They offered to set aside their best with the most live insects. Was told a carton would be $7.98. When I got there the carton had very few visible inserts. Then they said the price was $19... When I asked I was told I could take it or leave it. I asked again and was asked for cash or card... I paid cash. Because I had stopped earlier in the week at the Thorndale Pests plus I had a similar experience with fruit flies. My daughter pet needs to eat once a day. I'm now catching moths and spiders to feed her Praying Mantis. I will not be visiting a pets plus again....
