They did such a great job at making my handsome guy look perfect!!! It's difficult to get an appointment without out a few weeks or more wait the last time I contacted , Ollie is most certainly way over due for a visit, but I can say they definitely did a wonderful job when he does get in!! Very reasonable rates and friendly

We take our German shepherds here to get their nails trimmed. You can walk in and have that done without an appointment, which is a big plus. The groomers are always very careful with our dogs, reassuring them and treating them gently. I won't say the dogs love going there, but they do well there, which is great since neither of them will let us even touch their nails!

Everyone here is wonderful and make you feel like family. My girls are meticulously cared for, loved & spectacularly groomed. They smell delicious for days. I moved almost an hour away but refuse to go to a different place because they both love coming here & all the attention they receive.

My regular groomer left this shop, so the owner groomed my dog. She asked me if I wanted the same as the last time & I said yes. She shaved my Cavalier, which the other groomer never did. And my dog now has a “flat top” on his head, instead of blending the hair with his ears. Any negative reviews on here say the same thing-long haired dogs being shaved. So either the owner/groomer doesn’t know how to cut long haired dogs or she has terrible communication skills. It should have been obvious that he wasn’t shaved before by looking at him before his grooming. When I complained, she said she followed notes from his last cut. The last picture (lying on the floor) is his last cut. She was very defensive, instead of being apologetic, which is not good customer service. This groomer has low prices

I’ve brought my calm, mellow Golden Retriever to Animal Crackers Grooming several times for walk-in nail trims. During an early visit, they nicked her quick, causing her to yelp and bleed. I decided to give them another chance, but despite warning them about the previous injury, it happened again. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of giving them a third try — and the same person repeated the same mistake on the very next visit. This time, it took hours for the bleeding to stop. I left a voicemail for the manager or owner asking for a call back, but never received one. After three bad experiences and no follow-up, I will never bring any of my pets here again. If you care about your animals, I strongly recommend going elsewhere
