Megan is the most amazing groomer! She handles our 2yr old Chocolate Lab with such care and attentiveness, accommodating his sensitivities. He always come back looking and smelling amazing! Not to mention she genuinely recognizes and cares about her customers too & always says hello (by name). So grateful to have found a great and patient groomer!

It actually doesn't not bring me any pleasure to leave this place a bad review, because the customer service is so much better than the other pet store in Eldersburg. But, unfortunately, I need to let others know what they're getting into. A few weeks ago we bought a goldfish and a hamster. The goldfish died within a day. We didn't think much about it because that can happen with goldfish; they aren't guaranteed to live very long. So I went back and bought a new one. This one lived 4 days, then died. I began doing research and it's a type of disease from contaminated water. The other fish in our tank (from other stores) are fine, so it has to be from the pet store. I went back again and sure enough, their goldfish tank was full of fish that were dead or dying. Then, after 5 weeks

I want to love this pet store but the last couple months the store has become emptier and emptier. There used to be a large variety of dog toys and healthcare items and now there is hardly anything left. I'm not sure what's going on. The employees at this store are excellent and I love the brands of dog food this store has. I really hope this store isn't struggling. 🥺🙏

I am updating this post… I went into the store to see what they could suggest for my dogs needs… that’s when I met Eric… he was busy stocking shelves but he was more than willing to stop and help and he was so patient and very helpful! I continue to love this location! Thank you! Lauren deserves a raise! She has been such a blessing! Whenever I see her she is always so willing to help! She also makes sure our favorite dog food is always in stock. Ever since I told her it was out of stock for us one time it never happened again! She did recommend lots of different things to help us… she is great! Give her that Raise!

I have very mixed feelings about this store. The employees are very nice and helpful but the last visit I was in, one of the bettas was dead and rotting in his cup - so it had obviously been a LONG time since they were checked on. He was not recently dead. I also purchased a betta here that had fin rot and have seen Ich on some of the other bettas. Like I said the staff is very pleasant and helpful but I think whoever is in charge of taking care of the betta fish needs to be better informed and actually check on them. A betta I purchased at the Mt. Airy location came in water with fatal parameters so fish care is obviously an issues across the board they need to be aware of.
