I was referred by a friend and Carly made an appointment for me the NEXT day. My dog was very nervous going in and Carly managed him nicely. He's a mix so there is not really a set "style" for him so I requested the areas I wanted trimmed and showed her a photo example. She gave him exactly what I asked for, I am so impressed. The appointment was quick, less than 2 hours and the prices were competitive to all of my grooming experiences. She even gave him a little fall bandana! And, he feels soft and smells amazing. Highly recommend!

They treated my Meeko like he was their own. They did an excellent job cutting around his face. He was a new dog when they were finished. I would highly recommend Hair n Dipity to anyone looking for a top notch groomer. Very professional and listened to what I wanted done.

Called and got an appointment the same week for my Doodle. Owner/whoever I spoke with was very friendly. My friend takes her dog here and they do a great job so she referred me! Very happy with the service already.

My Goldendoodle puppy was groomed here twice before and I was very pleased! However, today I was extremely disappointed!! I waited for over a month for an appointment after being on the wait list for some time. I took off work to take the only available time. My dog had some matted fur and rather than making an attempt to help get the mattes out, I was told fully shaving him was the only option. She wouldn’t even trim his face. I took him home and bathed, dried, and brushed nearly all of the mattes out myself! Yes, it took some time and TLC, but that’s what I was paying for a professional groomer to do! I can’t give him the hair cut myself, so now he’s clean and brushed, but he still needs a haircut! So frustrating. Won’t be returning.
