This is such a great option for a local speciality pet foods or treats and supplies that you can't find at your common pet stores or online. Josh is a manager at this location! He provided speedy service with excellent knowledge and great customer service. He not only took time to confirm they carry and have an item in stock I had been searching everywhere for, but he pulled some off the shelf and will hold them a few days until I can get to the store as I live an hour away! Thank you so much! I am now a frequent customer to Pet Supplies Plus!!

I’m starting to get super annoyed with my online delivery orders. Our home has 3 steps in the front of the house, that go directly into our all seasons room, where the true front door is. Every single order, I ask that they refrain from placing the order on the stairs because the door swings out & i can’t access the order. The instructions are literally stapled onto the order yet today it was placed on the top stair, in the corner, blocking the hinges from even openning. Extremely annoying!! I also tip with the expectation they can do that but apparently i shouldn’t be.

I love this pet store! The staff are super friendly and really know their stuff when it comes to pets. They always help me find the best food, treats, and toys for my dog. The store is clean, well-stocked, and makes shopping for my pup easy and fun. I also absolutely love their pet washing station — it’s so convenient, easy to use, and my dog enjoys it every time! Highly recommend!

Josh was so helpful! He visited with me several times regarding an online order that I had trouble filling. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond carrying the bags out for me. Genuinely appreciate the customer care he put forth.

I think the back corner of the store where the reptiles and invertebrates are kept could use a little TLC. Half of the Josh's Frogs products on a small shelf back there looked like they had been sitting there for ages. I work in retail myself, so I'm familiar with not wanting to shrink products out because it looks bad for the store, but there's no point in keeping a cup of dirt with a visibly dead millipede in the top. I'm sure those products don't sell very often, but customers like myself who ARE interested in the invertebrates in that back section obviously won't buy them if the animals (bugs are animals!) have been sitting out for so long in those cups that they are all long dead. I'm very lucky the pair of hissing roaches I bought are still alive and seem to have adapted just fine to
