Pet Supplies Plus Columbia - Five Points

The place is great. It kind of stinks though, but I think that’s to be expected from a pet store. They have huge election from pet beds to pet food, pet toys, pet grooming services, fish for sale, collar, leashes, and engrave services.

The team at the Harden St store is always super friendly. I love their delivery service! It is fast and they handle deliveries with care, taking time to write detailed delivery instructions so that my driver can find my house more easily. Also, they usually include a thank-you note and a dog biscuit with the order. I also like that their rewards program helps me save money by just buying products I'd already buy.

I purchased a “Cat Tree/stand for my cat “Buddy”. He loved it and we were both impressed with the delivery person who had to bring it up 17 steps and was really polite and helpful and even offered to bring it inside for me but I felt he had already done enough. He is a great representative for the company was well. Great product and great people.

I always bath my dog at Pet Supply in Five Points. The clean environment, large bathing compartment and variety of shampoo, makes it really easy to clean my Shepherd/Roxwilder mix. She especially enjoys the blow dryer.

First timer- the store was well stocked, clean, and organized well. The fellas I encountered today were polite. They had some very cute animal costumes and cool treat bar for the pups. Price range can be compared to PetSmart and PetCo; some things are cheap and some are pricey. The coolest thing I noticed was their self-serve grooming stations. Like WOW. I can bring my pup in, wash and dry him and keep it moving. $10 to groom your pets :)
