The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a grooming appointment! I asked the groomer no less than (5) times if she knew how to do this groom-she hesitated every time but said “yes” I can do it. I even showed her picture of professional groomed dogs and she said she had a “book” to go by. I literally waited 5 and-a-half hours to pick up my 10-year old dog from this appointment and I was in total shock! The groom was done totally wrong from his face to his tail. This groomer has NO CLUE what she’s doing! The next day I decided to bathe the dog and found (2) cuts on his ears-one on each ear in the same place-obviously done by scissors! I was never told about the cuts and I immediately went to the store to speak to a manager. No one was there and I was told I would speak to someone to

I am forever loyal to Pet Supplies Plus! They maintain a great selection of high quality products and affordable prices for all price ranges. Their feeder insect selection is also very high value and high quality. The staff is always super polite and very helpful whenever needed. Keep doing what y’all are doing, you rock! :)

My dog had a 1pm appointment to get groomed. Mind you he’s been going since he was very small. Belle and Jen were t available so I had to have a new person groom him. By 2:30 my dog hadn’t even gotten started on. The young lady which I learned later named kiya or Kayla told me that he had one dog in front of him. I said okay then went back home. I then call a little later at 5:00 my dog still hasn’t been seen. She tells me that she has only washed him. I then go back up to the store and she then hands me my dog very very wet. She tells how she hates how people are being rude to her only the daily bases. She then cusses me out. So words were exchanged on both parties. I called for a manager and he told me that the district manger wasn’t in today and to call back tomorrow. I will be going to

Just wanted to give the two ladies who work the register (one has curly hair and the other braids, I apologize for not getting names). Excellent customer service and sales skills all around. The one with curly hair helped me create an account and offered to get someone to carry the litter I had to my car. I know it’s standard but a good job is a good job. The one with braids gave me more information about the grooming services and the app. Very informative and helpful. If you see these two in the store (really hate that I didn’t get their names) you are in good hands.

Very disappointed with this grooming service. I asked about a discount because the job was clearly not done properly, but was told I couldn’t get one since “most of the service was completed.” My puppy’s nails were still long, and her hair was left very bushy and uneven. The final result did not look professional at all. They then claimed my puppy was “difficult” and said they couldn’t complete the service. This is not her first grooming, and we have never had any complaints about her behavior before. She is timid most of the time so it was off putting hearing that she was not cooperating. Her previous service has never prevented a groom from being completed. It feels like they took my money without providing the full service promised and ruin her fur texture. Overall, I am not satisfied
