TAYLOR is the BEST pup groomer in all the land. I followed her from their Pasadena location. She has been grooming Austin 🐶 for a while now. He is a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. He is the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet but he has high anxiety. He is a rescue so I’m not sure of his past. I called around looking for a groomer and when I connected with Taylor, she took the time to answer every single question I had. She explained techniques to me and reassured me. She never once rushed to get me off the phone. There was no expectation for Austin the first time I brought him in. Taylor has successfully managed to build a rapport over the span of his appointments. She is patient with him. She doesn’t push him. She takes pride in her profession. Jennifer who is their Canine Behavioralist Animal Trainer is OUTSTANDING. One of the best in the region. If you are looking to train your dog, make them more sociable, GO HERE. Jennifer’s energy is infectious, her knowledge is incredible, her compassion is amazing and her results?? OFF THE CHARTS. They have inexpensive group classes and privates available. Do it not just for you but for your dog. My Inga is half Husky, half Eskie, and she has improved leaps and bounds, she’s focus, and the light in her eyes is very intentional now. Worst condition I ever seen betas be in. Green water, fungal infections, and swim bladder disease. Totally inhumane to have this animals on such poor conditions and not to mention the pricing is outrageous. Update: after calling them I’m still disappointed. None sense excuses and said it was due to “improper training” from staff. Even without training one can tell no animal should be in those conditions.

This was hands down the dirtiest dog wash I’ve ever seen. Fur was everywhere—on the floors, tubs, light fixtures, even clogging vents—and when I dried my dog, it flew around the entire room. I left feeling very uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere cleaner.
