I took my pups in for a quick nail trim and had a wonderful experience. The groomer was very busy, so I waited a little, but it was absolutely worth it. The environment was calm, and she was excellent with my dogs. I’ll definitely be back! It may be best to schedule an appointment, but if you’re patient, you’ll be glad you came.

I had a great experience at the dog wash. We've been to another location, that our dog just didn't care for. I think it was because the dog was station was near the front door, and there were a lot of distractions with the people/pets coming/going in/out. This location has the dog wash at the back of the store in an enclosed area. Having fewer distractions seem to help our pup stay calm while being washed in an unfamiliar place. Your pup might find being around other dogs/people, and find that calming. Our boy did not. Maybe he just doesn't like to bathe in public? The price, which includes shampoo, conditioner, and towels, is very reasonable. I now have a clean dog, and my bathroom/house isn't wet. Of course, my favorite thing about Pet Supplies Plus is the staff. They really care

It's the second time I've had a terrible experience at this store, came to bathe my 2 dogs this past Sunday and purchase several items for my birds and kittens. Upon arrival I was told I wouldn't be allowed to use my 40 per cent off coupon because "the entire store was 20 per cent off", I was then told that they had no towels for bathing my dogs, upon entering the bathing area the floor was soaking wet, no mats on the floor, a real slipping hazard, as well as the bathing tubs were filthy with tons of dog hair and debris as well as several empty shampoo bottles laying around. Incidentally, the employee stated she needed to clean the area before we could use it and there would be a wait, not sure what she cleaned because the entire room was disgusting. I’m a LVT and have pro staff feeding discount, I have had my discount honored here before, and at a different location, they refused to price match. The owner had the audacity to say that I would “put her out of business” if she honored a price match. Honestly taken all the back, won’t be returning to this location.

Honestly, hands down best groomer ever!! I love Tami !! She has so much knowledge and treats my baby like a King when he is in her grooming area!! Pricing is so fair also & he walks out with a choice of bandana or tie!! If you haven't booked your fur-baby with her your missing out!!!
