N Gratiot vet is the best. We literally have trusted our animals with Dr T since his beginnings at Parkway vet in the early 80s. His office has grown and staff understandably bc of the expertise and care. All the vets are as good as the OG. Dr T once seen us on a closed day to save our labs life. Last week we called bc our dog was simply rubbing his nose raw. No need come in he advised us what to do and boom. From our long gone 6 cats and 5 dogs to our current Lab we say Thank you.

Would give 5* but wasn't happy when got home to review my bill to see they charged 3% visa fee! They really NEED to tell you before I hand over my card, I could've paid another way. They don't want to incur these fees why would they assume the customer would? And don't tell me they have something posted, like I read all the stuff on the wall while trying to hold on to my dog and digging into my purse for payment. Not to mention customers still wait outside in their car until ready to see you. Which is fine but then don't expect me to be able to observe any fee notifications you may have posted. I realize this is becoming a thing now but the majority of places I use my CC DO NOT charge a fee so I don't think to ask EVERY single vendor. How hard is it to say there's a fee? Really? I was to

Apparently, if you don’t take your dog here yearly, they will no longer see you! This was information that I just found out today after being with his veterinarian for quite some time my dog had a lapse in care for a year and a half, and I was discharged from the practice. No notice was provided. No calls were given. Very bad communication if this isn’t practice that was going to be implemented all customers should’ve been informed.

Dr. Brett is the best. He is so thorough and caring. The staff is just as great!!

These people are great. Dr. Brett has always been so kind to our senior sheltie who they helped us with when he passed (whole staff was compassionate), and now our 2yo sheltie. Great veterinary office.
