I made an appointment for my dog at this grooming salon, and the experience was horrible. I clearly specified the haircut I wanted for my dog and explained that I did not want her fur cut too short; I only wanted a minimal trim. I even showed an example of the haircut I wanted. The receptionist told me that my dog’s fur length was already similar to the photo I showed her and assured me that only a minimal trim would be done. I also specifically told the receptionist not to cut the fur on my dog’s face too short. After three hours, they called me to pick her up, and when I saw her, she was completely shaved. Pet Supplies Plus is a great oet store. They always have coupons and sales which helps a great deal. They have a great selection of products and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. They even carry heavy bags of food or litter to your car for you. It's a great place to shop.

The worst horrible experience ever from the time I drop the dog off to the time I picked her up. First, the receptionist was very short and giving off bad vibes no customer service experience at all. I should have known that it was a bad choice Leaving my dog from her energy. I tried to let her know that my dog had never been to a groomer before, and all she knew was me and suffers from separation anxiety. She was just very quick after all my responses.
