We love Grandview and couldn’t imagine taking our pets anywhere else. Dr. Lisa and her staff are amazing and have been so accommodating to us over the years. My one dog has always been a nervous Nelly at the vet and they have always had patience with him and have worked around his nervousness in a way that he would feel as comfortable as possible. When our older cats got sick they went above and beyond to get them in quickly and treat them. I could never imagine taking my pets anywhere else for a vet. They all love Dr. Lisa too!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Lisa ever since she was new to the Cheektowaga area . Many many years ago . Since then I have watched her practice grow . Now my kitty Punkie has been having some serious issues . I must say from the first time bringing him in Sarah has been right by our side . I feel Shes has gone that extra mile . She has answered all my questions , called to see how Punkie was doing . We are still in the process of testing but I feel more than confident with Dr. Lisa , Sarah and her all her staff .

Dr. Lisa and staff are always so friendly and my dog Shorty loves coming to the vets office. He is usually very nervous and scared, but Dr. Lisa and her staff are very gentle and make him feel comfortable and calm.

Just brought my dog in to get a check up and some vaccinations, the staff was amazing and very helpful, Dr Lisa is just as great ! Look forward to our future visits !

Took new puppy for vaccinations which were done. Had to go again for boosters. Between both visits I paid almost $300. Puppy had loose stools after shots and the vet treated her for parasites and probiotics (of course paid a fee for visit and meds).No change and vet again proscibed different probiotics. That also did not work. They never tested for parasites again. I then go took her to Banfield and they said she still had parasites, after treating for it the puppy was fine. I find Grandview is way over priced and the Vet doesn't listen when concerns are expressed. To bad cause they office was only 5 minutes away
