The staff were very friendly and polite. They took the time to assist me and tried their best to answer my questions. The store has a good variety of products, and the environment was welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate their effort.

The people in there are horrible they don't know anything about fish those two ladies in there had no clue about anything all I probably cared about is their paycheck and that's about it I didn't care about anything about products they didn't know they were very knowledgeable about anything that I was asking about so and I went through a few different items topics and they didn't know anything.

Peggy took the time to make sure I got the best medicine for my cat. She went out of her way to look them up to make sure I got one I felt comfortable with. I at least have to give petsmart a good rating for customer service that day. Thank you, Peggy for all your kindness and help. I appreciated it so much.
