I just took my dog back since they have re-opened . They were kind and caring. I was very happy with the new Dr. the building seemed the same which I didn’t mind we have been going there for at least 18 years

Had to send my buddy on his final journey after 16 years of being by my side. As everyone knows who loves their fur baby and welcomes them into their home and heart as family it is devastating 💔. They made it quiet and peaceful and gave me all the time I needed and I can't thank them enough for that kindness ❤️ Rest in peace my dear sweet Moose who was loved by everyone you met

Too bad there was no negatives . Dr would not check lump after we requested many times and it was cancer. Just put him down. Could not see him suffer any longer. Dirty place as well and never could get an appointment. He was going there since he was 5 weeks old. We thought they cared more

Went there to retrieve paperwork for a dog we adopted from a former client of theirs. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before I finally went to find someone for help. The woman acted like I killed her first born child and was incredibly rude. While discussing what I needed, another customer came in and she proceeded to tell him how she was interrupted and would have to start over on his order in a very condescending tone. All she had to do was say she would be with me in a moment and I would have gladly waited. Instead she chose to be rude and degrading and basically blamed me for her clients having to wait. I can certainly see why the former owners only took the dog there once. Whoever she is, be it receptionist or vet, she needs to learn some patience and better customer service becaus

Had my cat in for rabies booster, and senior check up. The staff were very friendly and professional. They took good care of my cat and were able to give her two shots without any fuss at all, and the vet allowed her to explore the exam room a few minutes to put her at ease. When we were finished, the vet opened her carrier door and she hopped right in! Amazing! The bill was very reasonable, and she even got one of her shots at no charge!
