Pet Supplies Plus Centerville

We adopted a dog in the evening and I went to the store at 8PM to get all the supplies I needed. Jennifer enthusiastically helped me get everything in order and made great suggestions. We are thankful for her kindness and expertise!

The Centerville store employees are all so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.. It's very well stocked. And it's clean. Stay away from the Kettering store on Stroop. It's never stocked nor clean. And the staff from the top all of the way down are so rude. They are very much not helpful and degrades you if help/advice is is requested. They gaslight their customers.

Every time I shop at PSP, I am greeted by staff and always helped if I have a question. They also have many great sales and the store is clean and organized. I like that they have cats from the Humane Society and do not sell dogs from puppy mills like some places. Watch for coupons in the newspaper and on Facebook. You can always get some kind of discount on your purchase. PSP is the only place I go to shop locally.

Got a great deal on a fish tank for Xmas.

Anna Rohal, one of the workers, is a light among lights. As is January. They’re helpful, friendly, courteous and tremendously knowledgeable.
