Pet Supplies Plus Buffalo

I came in with my dog, Orion, after he had a seizure earlier in the afternoon. We had just switched his medication with his vet, and he unfortunately lost control and peed on himself. I rushed over to our usual dog wash spot without realizing they closed at 6 on Sundays I got there at 5:47. Most places would’ve turned me away, but the team welcomed us in without hesitation. They didn’t know the backstory, yet their kindness and willingness to help meant so much to me and my busy boy Orion. They gave us the time and space we needed, and no one made me feel uncomfortable for coming in so close to closing. That kind of customer service deserves recognition. Every staff member working that day gets 5 stars from me. Thank you for showing compassion when it mattered most.

Aside from the typical conventional cat and dog supplies, they've got a sizeable range on smaller pets too which was great to see. While i was browsing the parrot section, a staff informed me about the discounted pile right around the corner that i would have absolutely missed if not for her. Thank you!

Pleasant place to shop. Friendly and helpful staff, accommodating to carry case of canned cat food to car. Wide selection (MUCH better than nearby Super Markets. Made specific trip to Pet Supplies Plus for Cat Food. (I should contact manufacturer to let them know our cat preferred PATE, over Solids over "shredded" or "with gravy.) I didn't find the heated cat bed I was also looking for, possibly sold out -- it's getting old here.

Great people and service, but the dog food is terribly organized. Spent 20 minutes searching for a certain puppy food before realizing they just don't stock it despite having the adult version in great supply. The food in question was Purina One True Instinct, if anyone is wondering. They had a great supply of things most places don't have for various pets and real bone treats.

They really need to update the tubs as they're always disgusting and flooding (or at least let customers know if they plan on continuing to sell self washes that there is an ongoing issue with it) and bring your own towel -trust me. otherwise decent location and despite usually getting a poor attitude from staff- there's always a few kind and welcoming gems in there too.
