This was my first visit to this store and all in all I was impressed. I had made this visit as was talking on the phone to a store employee named Emily before my visit.I was looking for a certain brand dry kitten food for my 8 month old british shorthair kitten.Emily had told me on phone that the store did not sell this but brought to my attention they had a RedFord naturals dry for kittens that sells well.I in return told her my kitten refuses all dry food so really wanted only this certain brand. Emily in return mentioned that I really should give this a try as most kittens like this and if my kitty dosnt eat it I can always return it.So off I went to go to the Pet Supplies Plus.Emily greeted me and also showed me the dry food and also recommended the RedFord soft for kittens as well as

On December 6th at approximately 4:20 PM, I had an uncomfortable experience at this store. Although I generally like this location for its cleanliness, the dog wash area, and the fact that some of the staff are very friendly, I recently had an issue with two employees. One of them identified himself as the manager and was assisting a employee at the register. I came in to purchase food and treats for my pets using a gift card I had received as store credit from a returned item. I wasn’t sure of the balance, so I asked the cashier to check it. The card kept declining, even though I had never used it, so he called over the manager to assist. This is where the situation became uncomfortable. Josue at Pet Supplies Plus Beltsville is incredible! He was so patient and kind with my toddler and took the time to show her all the animals. His warmth and enthusiasm made the visit such a joy. Give this man a raise — he absolutely deserves it!

Alex was very great I was originally supposed to go to petco a lot closer to home but they were fully booked and so were everyone else close by but then I called this one and Alex told me they had groomers and patiently walked me through the process and not only did I get the BEST customer service he also got me a same day appointment which no other store will do! Alex was Amazing….

The store is clean , has all of the things your pet would need. The groomers are excellent, Ms. Washington was spectacular, she did just what I asked. My dog looks and smells wonderful. I will be returning.
