Poor management! Dog wash being monopolized by 2 adults while only using 1 wash. Reported to management and they did nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Other customers cutting their dogs hair and taking over an hour. Employees never enforced their policy. Never waste time or $ in that store ever again.

Staff are always really helpful and welcoming. I also love the dog washing stations in the back of the store. It's inexpensive and really convenient.

Awesome pet supply shop! They have a little bit of everything here. The prices a re reasonable and they run great sales periodically. Whatever kind of pet you have you can probably find something here for them.

The new store seems to be bigger than the old location. They also have a veterinary service in house and their cat adoption section is a more permanent facility. Two negatives in my mind. 1) it would make more sense to have the cat adoption on the same side of the building as the cat food. The way it is now, the cats are at one end and the cat food is completely at the opposite end of the building. And 2) they seem to be having issues with their registers. Each time I've checked out, the receipt never prints out. They have to go back into the system and force a receipt to print... And since the system doesn't update immediately, you have to wait a couple of minutes for your receipt to show up for them to get it and reprint it.

The cats that are for adoption are in a dirty cage, the sandbox was full of poop and the smell coming from the cage was unbearable. It is so sad because while the employees were talking and hanging out, that is okay, they could have been cleaning the sandbox and the cage as well. My husband and I brought attention to it talking to the employees, we hope they can start to clean the cats’s space and sandbox more often
