Dog sliced open her back, and our original vet could not take us that day for an emergency. Luckily, we ran into NOVA Animal Hospital. Dr. Schlossberg fixed our girl right up, and the team that assisted was absolutely amazing. The experience we had today at this practice swayed us to make this place our new go-to veterinarian clinic. VERY reasonably priced as well.

Last Fall we had an early Sunday morning cat emergency. We traveled to and called several animal hospitals near us but no one was able to see our cat. One of them referred us to this location. We arrived as soon as they opened and were immediately seen. Everyone was so kind and helpful and our cat was able to get a life saving surgery that day. We are very thankful for the care she received and all the follow-up from the office. Also, on the day of the follow-up appointment, the doctor and staff were very accommodating with us when our cat got sick on our hour drive to the office and were late. We would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Honestly, this vet has been great with availability, however, my overall experience hasn’t been as good as one would hope. I have a cat with a “peeing outside the box” issue and have had my cat undergo testing for UTIs, blood work, urinalysis, the works, to identify theorized. Inevitably they recommend I start my cat on anti-anxiety medication, fluoxetine, but did not explain that this was a long term medication that my cat would likely never be able to stop taking and that also requires regular blood tests tha are expensive. Over the past year, when requesting refills of this medication, I have been informed of these required tests and was told at a later date the potential side effects of this medication. I would have preferred full transparency prior to starting this medication up f

We went here for the first time the Sunday after Thanksgiving as they were one of the few vets open. Our senior cat had thrown up twice that morning, had serveral days of bloody stool, and just wasn't acting like his usual self. I called at 8:15am and we were able to get a 9:00am appointment. The staff were very kind and gentle with our cat and with us as owners! They explained the different tests and procedures they could do to help determine the cause of the illness. They did not push us into doing more testing or spending more than we were comfortable with. The vet also understood our desire for quality of life with our cat over quantity of years with him. We were very happy with the care we received!
