I brought my dog in for a bath & brush grooming service specifically because I received an email offering a discount for that service. Unfortunately, when I went to pay, I was told that this location does not accept grooming discounts, even though that restriction was not mentioned anywhere in the email. The cashier even noted that this should have been clarified in the promotion. Additionally, I requested only the bath & brush and teeth brushing, but I was charged for an upgraded service that I did not ask for, increasing my bill by nearly $20 beyond what I expected. In today’s economy, unexpected charges like this are so frustrating, and some form of honoring the advertised discount would have been appreciated. Good service, providing experienced advice and recommendations on their huge variety of pet products. Both Grain-free and pet food with grains. Generous return policy on items that are meant to last, like collars and harnesses. Helpful staff. VERY convenient parking. This is a nice neighborhood oriented shop that we need to support to keep our pets healthy and well nourished.

A huge thanks to Ruth for going above and beyond! I called looking for a specific fish that has been extremely difficult to find. She checked and didn’t see one however after hanging up I got a call back from her to let me know that they did actually have one. She looked up a photo and then looked again and spotted it & instead of not caring, she *69 my number and called me right back. So many would not have done bothered. Now I have my fish and I am very happy! It was at the bottom with small writing so I can see how she didn’t see it at first. (Sorry, Not the best photo)

Don't buy the fish! I bought 5 cichlids introduced them into my tank and in 4 days all 5 and the fish I had already were dead. My water pH was perfect and no ammonia. Buyer beware.

This is one of the cleanest pet stores I have ever visited. Plus the groomer there is always on a wait list to get your dog to see her. But it is worth the wait!
