Homeward Bound Animal Hospital

Our pups (4) have been patients of HBAH for over 8yrs and there is no one else we would trust other than this team. The love, care, expertise and ethics of each of the staff has made all the difference with the individual care of not just our pups, but their Hoomans too! We’ve been through health scares, unique medical needs and the heartbreaking end of life process and through it all, Dr.Jeff has always gone above and beyond to make sure we all were ok. As lifelong dog owners, we’ve been to other Vets, but no one else compares to Homeward Bound.

I have an extremely (awesome) difficult dog that I brought into homeward bound. He has never received the care he needed from other vet clinics. I am so very impressed by Dr. Stefanie Tande and her team for effortlessly creating a plan and executing it. Because of my experiences in the past, I had little hope. This was the absolute best decision I have made - to take my dog to homeward bound. I highly recommend this facility and the veterinarians that work there, especially Dr. Stefanie.

I contacted this veterinary practice last week because I was concerned my cat might have kidney issues and because he has a growth on his leg that needs attention. I provided a list of over ten available appointment dates and times, and responded immediately when my address was requested. That was on Thursday, and by Monday evening I still had not received a reply or appointment confirmation. When a pet may have a serious medical concern, timely communication is important. The lack of follow-up made me uncomfortable continuing with this practice, so I chose to seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Johnson is the Best! He came to our need when times were tough. He was so caring and showed the most compassion we've ever seen in a vet. Thank you Sir!

The vets and techs are fantastic! I would give them 5 starts. But be prepared to drop some serious coin. Also, the front office staff tend to be VERY unpleasant. And I cannot emphasize that enough. The office staff is the only reason I consider changing vets.
