It's decent if you go in already knowing what you want and exactly where to find it. But if you need help finding something, you might as well go somewhere else. Beyond a sort of general welcome from someone working at the cash register, you'll get the "Gen Z stare." What they communicated to me earlier today: "We're getting paid for being here, not for going to any trouble to help customers find anything." I left empty handed, but found what I needed just now online.

Great place to wash your Animal ... I bring my elephants there all the time to get a good wash...D.I.Y...wash your own animals...but they will help you if you need it...but tip the helper please...

Incredible Customer Service! Maria went above and beyond. The employees are amazing!! I left with all I needed and much less stress. I'm a pet sitter, and Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite. But this store HAS IT ALL!! It's clean, well stocked, beautifully staffed and really put my needs and the needs of the pets I care for, above all else. Thank you!! Keep up the amazing job!
