Pet Supplies Plus Ann Arbor - Plymouth

I had to come on and leave a review for Karl, the literal best employee ever! We've become regulars at this location and I truly mean it when I say Karl is a huge reason why. Our girl LOVES him -- and it's obvious why. He greets her with equal enthusiasm (which, considering she's a golden, is a tall order!), allows her to full body hug him, shares stories about his own golden, and always hooks her up with the best treat samples. Walking to this location has become a highlight of her week and she immediately walks in looking for her best friend. Also, they plan such fun events! We recently attended their free Love Your Pet day and got so many fun freebies and a take home keepsake!

Everyone there is friendly and competent. I called for an appointment with a groomer, my first time here. A wonderful employee named Khumari was very attentive, took special measures to ensure he had my information correct, and even called me back when he determined the groomer was not in, to let me know I would not be receiving a call from her until the following day. That level of conscientiousness was very much appreciated, and I hope will be rewarded.

This store is great! I like their prices and the selection of cat foods available. They also sometimes have a kitten in the store for adoption, and they're so cute! The staff is really friendly and helpful! This store is also really conveniently located.

My dogs love the koha mixers and PSP always has them!! Nice staff. Good discounts.

I love Pet Supplies Plus! They have great selection of pet needs. Their prices seemed good. They’re helpful if you call & are looking for something in particular & are happy to check for you! One of my favorite Pet stores in Ann Arbor.
