Pet Supermarket

Very easy to find what you need. Friendly staff. I have purchased 2 rabbits and 2 teddy bear hamsters... Sometimes I just stop but to see what new pet they have. Personally I like this place better than Pet Smart

My husband and I have visited this store for many years, always enjoying the customer service and getting our little/big ones food and toys there when we’re in the area. But this year has been different for us, as we just found and brought home our new little forever love, our new ferret, Po❤️ We came into the store on Jan 3 to look around and randomly decided to play with him, came back on the 7th to do the same, and then again in Feb. Each time we played with him Mariah helped us and let us love on him, she was so gentle and loving with him, it showed! He was the sweetest ferret we’ve ever encountered, and she let us bond with him, and we’re incredibly grateful!!!! The place looked really clean, ladies were very helpful….. but they obviously have a pest problem and don’t mind it’s out there for customers to see. Makes me wonder. Sorry but the pictures are sickening. Bathroom: 🤮 Way to go Truly Nolen, traps are working!

One time (a couple of years ago), I asked an employee if a snake was male or female after they just finished explaining the specific traits each sex had individually. They got onto me about using that terminology (male/female). I was baffled. That employee no longer works there now and havent had an issue similar, anywhere, ever.

Be sure to call ahead to verify they have items in stock. On a recent visit, the two items I wanted to purchase were not in stock. Also the growing plant greens were dead. $10 water spray bottle (Can be found at Publix nearby the store) and watering every other day would address that. I'll stop back by to check stock and plants .... One day...
