Pet Supermarket

Great place. They always are stocked will with anything we need for our pets. We've had great luck with their fish. Their feeders are a good price. The staff has always been super helpful and so nice. It's our go to place.

My partner and I went into this Pet Supermarket this morning and began looking at the pet beds. My partner noticed two sheets of discount stickers laying in one of the beds and handed them to the cashier, asking if they were intended for the beds. The cashier replied 'no,' so we continued browsing and went to the dog bone selection near the checkout. While we were looking, the manager, Josh, asked me to give his stickers back. When I told him I didn't have them, he pointed at my purse and claimed they were inside. I opened my bag to prove they weren't there, and he simply walked away without an apology. The girls at the desk were helpful, they had what I needed. But its definitely a little pricey. I dont come often, and really only when I am in a bind and have no time to go elsewhere.

I called Pet Supermarket to find a bird food treat that I had been unable to find at 3 other pet stores I called and it was my good fortune to have Julie answer my phone call as she was not only friendly and professional on the phone but she also personally checked availability by going to the treat area to make sure it was in stock (it was) and offered to hold the product for me at their front desk (which I greatly appreciated)

I went today to buy cat food, and the girls who were on shift until 7pm were amazing! The best customer service I’ve received in years! Super sweet, kind, patient, and respectful! Always be kind to your employees, because good customer service is hard to find.
