We found Golden Spots through the local Australian Labradoodle community and I was a bit nervous before the appointment. They were so kind and respectful of my concerned having never used a professional groomer before. They listened to what I wanted my pooch to look like when finished and delivered an amazing looking boy. I'm thrilled with the experience we had here. They know doodles and we now travel from out of state to go back.
Left my two dogs there for two nights. They both Looked like they were cared for very well. I have no complaints with highly recommend this place.
I took my dog, Rio, to Golden Spots Pet Grooming today because he had a lot of knots after being fixed. The groomer took the time to explain the grooming process and made sure I felt comfortable with everything they planned to do. The result was fantastic – Rio looks and feels amazing, and I’m really pleased with the care and attention to detail they showed. 100% recommended! Simply love how they return my Malshi babies to me. I searched them up as I was unhappy and scared with my old groomer who nicked my baby "Rico" and said nothing to us resulting in an infection in my babies upper leg. We have 5 babies but I was so scared to take them back to the old groomer that they were getting matted and I knew they were unhappy. So I searched up Golden Spots and gave it a try. The first 2 were my "Rico and Roxy." Although they were matted and had to almost be shaved, I checked every inch of them when we picked up.... NO NICKS OR CUTS! I was so happy that a couple of weeks later we returned with "Pinky and Leo." They looked awesome and well cared for. Now it's time for Rico and Roxy to go back and we're adding in the Lab "Romeo" to see how they can shave him. Fingers c
Great customer service, great energy, happy staff. 1st time here & I was so happy to see we had the same vision for my dog! I just found my new groomer for Winter Haven. Highly recommend!!
