Pet Supermarket

I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. I went to get my dog food and had an 20% off coupon that was emailed to me and good until 2/20/26. The cashier scanned it and said her system said it was already used, which was not true. She did nothing to try and resolve the issue and seemed to be bothered my request to override the coupon and give me the 20%. My dog food is 48.00 so that’s 8.00 I should have received off. I have been going to this location for 3 years and this is the first time I did not feel the friendly service I am use to receiving. Not sure if I will go back to this location. UPDATE- Customer service representative emailed me and apologized for issue and added $10.00 to my rewards account.

This place is awesome! Everytime I come in there's always an employee who not only welcomes me but also ask to see if I need any assistance on finding a product. I definitely respect the employees for not only doing their job but providing great customer service

If you truly love your pet, please make sure you stay with your pet and watch him/her groomed the ENTIRE TIME!! Update.....I emailed Petsupermarket later this same day I postedthis review, before the system generated response from the "owner," and if he/had bothered to read my email, he/she would have responded....I am still waiting on an email response...

If I can give 0 stars I will, this is for the manager with two-tone color hair, black and purple is not because of her appearance. Is because how rude and unprofessional she treats customers, fish are dying in the tank. I notified her and all she gave me was an attitude the store is dirty all the time I've been there several times and this will be my last time, the way she treats the employees, they are scared to lose their jobs I think it should be other managers to see this as I said not even employees but her customer service is horrible and she ask every one to do a review for her she offered me employee discount really I won't never change my integrity for that.
