Pet Supermarket

Came in with question regarding an allergy our pet had developed, and Evan was more than helpful! He provided amazing information and helped us pick a bag of food with treats that would be safe for our pup.

Went in to purchase 2 separate bags of Purina pro plan dog food at which each costs 18.58 a bag and I'm to receive 20% off each bag. Manager cashes me out charging me 59. & change before tax. I had handed her 65.00 cash before relizing it was the wrong amount. I explained that it was the wrong amount, she then gets pissy cause she has to call someone to figure out what to do. She tries to give me 7.00 and change back but that still wasn't enough money back and again I tried explaining it to her, she wasn't having it and her attitude was rude the entire time! I took my original 65.00 back and left with nothing. It's so very aggravating that these young (kids) adults are put in a managers position and they can't even do simple math without some calculator or devise as well as their bad cus

Needed new harnesses for our pups. The two gentlemen working could not have been more helpful! They took the time to fit the harnesses properly as one of the dogs is an escape artist. They worked great on our road trip.

Used to love popping in here after work because my doggo loves sniffing around & on a rainy day it was great enrichment. I stopped by today and one employee was having a loud conversation (a one way conversation I will add) which included many swear words - detailing how sick he was (I will let you use your imagination but he was very explicit about what was coming out of what orifice). I never leave negative reviews but I had a handful of chews I ended up leaving on the counter rather than purchasing because I was so disgusted by this employees language. I even said something before I left - told him to watch his language when there are customers in the store. Imagine if I had kids with me? Such a shame as used to really enjoy going here 1-2 times a week. I won’t be back.

Been coming here for years with my dog. Got told today I couldn't bring him in part of the store because the kittens they sell. Not once at any pet store have I been told I can't go to a certain part of the store because I have my dog. Lady at register either needs retraining or we just won't come back. Easy enough since other pet stores have no problem.
