Great Pet store with enough variety of supplies for your pet and excellent service! The staff is the nicest, specially Cole,she was so knowledgeable and helpful, we will be going back for everything we need for our Pets.

a bit more expensive than some places although convenient to a lot of neighborhoods. they didn't have my dogs brand of food years ago so I don't really go here too often. staff is very nice and helpful.

Pet Supermarket has been wonderful! My son just got a gecko and due to various reasons, I’ve had to return to the store several times. Dan, Ivy, Heidi and Kiara have all helped me thru with smiles on their faces, being very helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely care and love for their pets too! What a lovely crew at this location!

I know I can be a pain in the butt when it comes to having an employee help me in a store. I came in on Sunday they were fairly busy. But despite them being busy both of the ladies working that day were very helpful. Ivy who I believe is the store manager and cole who I believe is also another manager helped me with all my questions. Honestly this is the first time in a very long time that I've had wonderful service at a pet store where I feel like I was heard. Very patient and kind ladies working that day.

I purchased several items for the same company at a different location. Was there to return some of them. Was told by the clerk that the cat collar didn't show up and that i didn't have proof I purchased it from the company. I said I'll never shop here again, not angry, just a statement. I think they didnt carry that item because she said there was another item on the receipt that didnt show up because they donr carry it. Done with them. She couldn't have cared less and treated me like some kind of thief. NOPE
