Pet Supermarket

Love going to this store, the staffs are friendly and make us feel welcome, plus I love all the attention our furry kids gets. Thank you Grey for assisting me on some of the food options for my Luna & Messi.

We originally went to a competitors store not knowing Pet Supermarket carried fish. Most of the tanks at the competitor were marked sick. We won't be going back there. The staff at Pet Supermarket were friendly and knowledgeable. We setup a 2.5 gallon tank for a Beta. A week later we upgraded to a 10 gallon. Alvin I believe his name is helped me pick out multiple fish all of which cohabitate. They are thriving. We will definitley be going back and we would highly recommend Pet Supermarket!

I went to this pet store for 50 feeder crickets, and I’m pretty sure I accidentally walked out with a small, elite tactical unit. First off, the staff is great—they managed to bag these things without a single casualty, which is more than I can say for my own coordination. But these crickets? They are clearly highly trained escape artists. I got home, opened the bag for two seconds, and three of them instantly vanished into the 4th dimension. I can hear one of them chirping from inside my drywall right now. It’s not just a chirp; it’s a victory song intermittently mocking my life choices. My bearded dragon is thrilled, though. I was disappointed this morning with my visit to your store (Cherry Road) over a few things. First, I asked one of the employees on the floor, just a few feet from the rabbit cage, if I could see a rabbit, shockingly she advised me she was busy doing something. I had to respond by asking her if the gal at the register can do it. Second, when the gal at the register came to where I was, she could not tell me if the rabbit was male or female. How is it that your store cannot advise potential customers with critical information? Lastly, the poor rabbit clearly needed fresh hay, and some vegetables would have been nice. My recommendation to upper management and Roark Group (that is if they still own your store) is to be mindful of health issues of these small animals. Rabbits are known

The staff and management here is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just kind! I have a betta fish and they have been so helpful to me with his care. Hands down the best pet store around!
