Always live my trips to PetSmart, just really wish there was one a little bit closer than there is. I would be there several times a week if there was! I love that they always have sales, and special deals. Also, your rewards points add up to money taken off the next purchase, or you can save it up. Always has everything I need plus some, friendly and helpful employees, although I will say there are barely any employees out at the registers or in the actual store aisles to help customers but you can see several behind the glass where the dogs for sale are kept. There was a line that literally went halfway down the middle aisle, and 1 register until there was barely anybody left, then someone else came up, after already being line over 15 mins at this point. 1st time visit. Pleasant experience. Store associate was on the phone I'm assuming with another customer but simultaneously did an awesome job helping me quickly find what I was looking for. Answered a few other questions while still being attentive to her caller. She was great juggling us both. I was in a bit of a hurry and her and cashier had me smoothly in & out. Thank you. Will certainly be back.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your dog wash station on Saturday, August 3rd, 2025. I’ve been a regular customer at your store, consistently purchasing food and using the dog wash services for my two golden retrievers, and I’ve always appreciated the convenience you offer.
